Frequently asked questions

To reset your Kiosk to factory settings, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced > Factory Reset. Enter your admin PIN when prompted, then confirm the reset. The kiosk will restart and begin the initialization process. Note: This will erase all data and custom configurations.

The serial number can be found in three locations: 1) On a sticker on the back panel of your kiosk, 2) In the Settings menu under System > About > Device Info, or 3) On the original packaging and invoice documentation.

All Kiosk devices come with a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. Extended warranty plans are available for up to 5 years. To check your warranty status, enter your serial number in the coverage checker above or contact our support team.

If experiencing network issues: 1) Check that the ethernet cable is securely connected, 2) Verify your network credentials in Settings > Network, 3) Restart the kiosk, 4) Try connecting to a different network to isolate the issue. If problems persist, run the network diagnostic tool in Settings > System > Diagnostics.
